Connect to Purpose is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing pro bono human resources and organizational development services to small businesses, startups, and nonprofit organizations in their early stages. Our focus is on businesses that have been operating for no more than seven (7) years and generate under $2,000,000 in revenue. By offering strategic HR and organizational support, we help small businesses build strong foundations, enhance their operations, and foster sustainable growth.
