The Accelerator is designed to help small businesses build strong, equitable, and compliant HR foundations so they can grow sustainably and take care of the people who help them move their mission forward. We are dedicated to providing these strategic supports, which are exactly what small business owners—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—rarely have access to, yet need the most.

Our focus areas ensure leaders gain mastery over their organization’s foundation:

• HR compliance and workforce systems.

• People-centered and trauma-informed leadership.

• Sustainable operational practices.

• Healthy, equitable workplace culture.
